Caroline Clapper has been a serving County Councillor since 2009, she sits on the Education and the Public Heath committee. She is also the Deputy Leader of Hertsmere Borough Council and is the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Health.
She has previously served on Aldenham Parish Council and was a Borough Councillor on Totteridge on the London Borough of Barnet before she moved to Hertfordshire.
She is married with 3 children and is passionate about helping people and protecting her local area from all threats, large and small. She has helped numerous residents over the years with wide ranging issues. She has a can do attitude and is great at getting things done. She would like the opportunity to continue to represent her area and make it best it can possibly be.
