Andrew a lifelong Hemel resident has served as County Councillor for Hemel Hempstead East (Adeyfield East and Leverstock Green) since 2009. He is married to Belinda and they have 3 children. Andrew is also the Dacorum Borough Councillor for Adeyfield East Ward.
Andrew said I have fortunate to represent the division for the past 12 years supporting many local residents with a varied range of issues as well as being able to support community groups through my locality budget to help deliver small scale projects which benefit the local area. I look forward to being able to continue to to work on behalf of the residents of Hemel Hempstead East for the next 4 years.
