David's Six Point Plan to Cut Crime in Hertfordshire
• Keep Crime Low - On my watch, Hertfordshire is one of the safest places in
Britain. We will continue to target criminals.
• Protect Local Policing - By ensuring at least one well-resourced and fully
operational police station in your district.
• Recruit More Officers - Unlike other areas we did not cut police numbers.
Now I will ensure a big increase, Hertfordshire will have its largest ever force
• Maximise Efficiency - By working with neighbouring forces and other partners.
To put police on the street, while providing value for money.
• Keep Tax Low - I have ensured Hertfordshire has one of the lowest police precepts in the country
• Support Victims - The Beacon Victim Support Service, which I introduced, is one
of the best in the country. I will expand it.
